I have a coating that has dried very fast and is now uneven

Fast drying may be caused by:

• Application in hot weather or in direct sunlight.
• Application to porous timber.
• Overspreading the product.

Sometimes application of another coat solves the problem. If this does not work, then the only option is to remove the coating entirely and start again. The coating can be removed either by sanding or using a timber stripper.
